On all WIA registrations, after initial entry, the following fields are hidden on the screen and from WebDB:

• Sex,
• Age at Registration,
• all race and ethnic indicators,
• Disability code

The WPRS field and information has been included with the Unemployment Compensation Programs. A new drop down menu is used:

• Eligible claimant referred by WPRS
• Eligible claimant not referred by WPRS
• Exhaustee
• Neither claimant nor exhaustee

The name of Employed field has been changed to Employment Status (employed) at Registration.

The Ed Status drop down menu is as follows:

• Student, H.S. or less
• Student, attending post-HS
• Not attending school; HS dropout
• Not attending school; HS graduate

Highest School grade completed (MIS name is Education Level) - drop down menu will be as follows:

• Associates Degree, Graduate Degree, Other Credentials have been deleted.
• Certificate of Equivalency (e.g.,GED), One Year post HS, Two Years post HS, Three Years post HS have been added.
• High School and GED have been changed to High School Graduate.

In the Education section, the Reading and Math Scores/tables are no longer mandatory for youth 14-18.

• Citizen and Leadership Services has been changed to Leadership Development Opportunities.
• MWAs may now enter non ITA (partner funded training) by answering a "yes/no" question on the training screen.

Unemployment Compensation Program has been removed.

The Veterans Workforce Investment Programs has been changed to Veterans Programs with the drop down menu containing a blank plus the following:

• Yes, Labor exchange
• Yes, VWIP

For the Participant Status, the Start Date field has been changed to Start/Attainment Date.

Non Traditional Employment answer is not required for younger youth.
